Since having taken up the mantle of leadership in 2019, it has been my primary goal to focus on child-centric education at Paramount School. The school was established in 1999 under the aegis of a committed team of educators who have left behind a legacy of excellence.
Over the years, due to growing demands; diversification of the job market; and the creation of myriad new work opportunities, we decided to concentrate more on the individual child respecting the notion that each child is inherently different. Each child has the potential to excel not just within the sphere of academics but in the fields of art (visual, literary, performance so on), sports and many others. With this in mind, we organize various skill-based and learning-based activities, each designed to fully explore the interests and talents of our wards.
It is my individual goal to help create an environment where the children can safely explore their potential, and where learning is enabled in a conducive and safe manner. A child’s education is the very foundation for a fulfilling life; and it is our collective endeavor to help them become productive members of society with valuable workforce skills.
At Paramount School we try to involve all stakeholders in shared decision-making thereby creating an atmosphere where respect and care are modeled by all. We foster respect by treating students, faculty and patrons alike.
Teamwork has always been a key factor for the longevity of academic achievements, especially so in these uncertain times. With collaborative efforts we can continue to ride this storm and perhaps come out of as better students, educators and general members of society. The lessons we learn in this difficult time will surely hold us in good stead in the days to come. Here’s to the future.
